2010 Parish Council
In an effort to help focus our efforts for 2010-11, the Parish Council has adopted three priorities:
- To enhance currently existing committees and organizations
- To expand awareness of Parish activities
- To increase Parish awareness of outside commitment and involvement
The Parish Council meets on the second Wednesday of the month (except in summer)
and consists of 13 parishioners in addition to the clergy. There are 5 members at-large,
a representative from each of the parish's 5 ministry clusters, two youth members
and a representative from the Finance Committee.

As stated in the council by-laws, the Parish Council is an advisory panel
that serves to help stimulate the many programs within the parish
and to serve as a consultative body for the Pastor. The goals include:

As stated in the council by-laws, the Parish Council is an advisory panel

Priorities and Planning -- to prayerfully discern the future needs of the parish
and establish goals and objectives
Implementation -- promote and ensure parish programs and activities
Involvement -- fostering fruitful collaboration among the numerous ministries,
groups and organizations within the parish and to utilize
in the most inclusive manner the gifts and talents of parishioners
Shared Ideas and Decision-making -- provide opportunities for constructive
dialogue within the parish
and establish goals and objectives
