St. Mary’s has several active Bible Study groups which meet at various times and places. These groups provide an extension of our Sunday worship together. They focus on studying the Word of God and providing fellowship to each other as a group. Bible Study groups are a great place for an individual to take time to deepen their relationship with God while taking a break from their busy lives.
Contact information for each group is provided below:
- Monday Morning:Joanne Dunn (658-2966)
- Friday Morning: Diana Kalamarides (contact through the Parish Office 658-7627)
- Tuesday Morning: Barbara Sieber (658-2165)
- Tuesday Morning: Caryl Muller (651-3849)
(9/28/09)
WOMEN OF ST. MARY’S are invited to gather in small group bible studies to read the book, The Domestic Church: Room by Room written by Donna-Marie Cooper O’Boyle. The nine chapter book and companion mother’s study guide is for women who want to deepen their understanding of their vocations as women, wives, and mothers. The topics and discussions gift readers with the all encompassing richness of the Catholic faith. In March we look forward to a visit by the author who will be at St. Mary’s for a day of reflection. The book is equally useful for group study or individual reading. New mothers are particularly encouraged to join us. Please phone Patty Lepak at 651-9930 to join an existing group or for help in forming a new group at a time convenient for you.
