The Knights of Columbus is a Catholic men's fraternal benefit society that was formed to render financial aid to members and their families.
Mutual aid and assistance are offered to sick, disabled, and needy members and their families.
Social and intellectual fellowship is promoted among members and their families through educational, charitable, religious, social welfare, war relief, and public relief works.
Have a spring Pancake Breakfast to raise funds for scholarships.
Have a dinner for senior members.
Continue to provide outings for special need residents (ex: pizza party at St. Catherines)
Support the CT Special Olympics.
The Knights are actively looking for new members and new ways to serve in Christ’s name. Please join us as we strive to live our Faith in Action by supporting our priests, our parish families, and our community and by building a Culture of Life. If you wish to join or learn more about the Knights of Columbus, please email Membership chair, Rich Farrell at [email protected].

The history of the Order shows how the foresight of Blessed Father Michael J. McGivney, whose cause for sainthood is being investigated by the Vatican, brought about what has become the world's foremost Catholic fraternal benefit society.
The main officers of our Council are the Grand Knight, Deputy Grand Knight, Financial Secretary and Treasurer.
Our Council consists of men from St Marys, St. Catherine and St Therese parishes. Our Council is part of the CT State Council which is part of the Supreme Council. Worldwide there are more than 1.9 million Knights.
