The Youth Group is grateful for your support for the Bake Sale. Our first fundraiser for the Youth Group Mission trip to Appalachia, West Virginia was a success. We were able to raise $580 through the harvest bake sale. Thank you to everyone who baked, priced and coordinated efforts in this event! Be sure to watch for another Bake Sale in the spring.

The ST. MARY’S FOOD GROUP, that feeds 150 homeless men once a month at the Immaculate Conception Shelter in Hartford, is in dire need of additional people to help provide and cook the food. If you can lend a hand, please call Paul Roderick at 860-658-5257 for further information. God has been generous and gracious to us; let us, in turn, reach out to those men in great need.

We are, of course, saddened to hear that Father Santone will be leaving St. Mary's Parish at the end of the school year in June 2011. We have been blessed with his presence here at the school and the Parish. We wish him well and will miss him. Click more to read his letter to the parish.
